Connect the next step

One lead discovery workflow.
Your choice of destination.

Revenue Scout finds people discussing needs your business can meet. Connections helps you bring the selected evidence into the systems where you organize relationships, coordinate your team and act on relevant conversations.

CRM

Give your sales team the conversation, not another copying task.

Bring selected lead evidence into the system your team uses to manage relationships. Choose the right account, map the available fields, and keep the reason for the handoff close to the record.

GoHighLevel

Bring social leads into your agency workflow.

Put relevant prospect evidence into the GoHighLevel location your team already uses. Choose the location, map available names, business details and source links to contact fields, then review the record before activating the handoff. Create or update contacts without retyping the same information, so your team can pick up the conversation in its established sales workflow.

Put it to work

Connect a location, review its contact fields and route selected leads into that location.

Salesforce

Give your sales team the source, not another spreadsheet.

Create or update Salesforce Leads or Contacts with the prospect evidence available in Revenue Scout. Choose the record type and map the fields your team needs, including the original source link. Review the values before activating a workflow. Your team gets a record it can use in Salesforce, without rebuilding the handoff from copied social posts.

Put it to work

Choose Leads or Contacts, confirm the field mapping and send selected prospect evidence to Salesforce.

HubSpot

Move useful prospect evidence into HubSpot.

Keep your HubSpot contacts connected to the conversations that made them relevant. Map available prospect details and the original source URL to your contact properties, then review the handoff before activating it. Give your team the source evidence and business context together, so it can qualify the prospect and plan a relevant follow-up from the same record.

Put it to work

Connect HubSpot, map contact properties and route selected prospect evidence into your existing account.

Pipedrive

Keep the next conversation in Pipedrive.

Create or update Pipedrive people with available prospect details and a link to the original conversation. Match Revenue Scout evidence to your existing person fields and review the values before approving the workflow. Your team can work from Pipedrive while retaining the source that explains the introduction, instead of passing names around without the context behind them.

Put it to work

Verify your Pipedrive company, review the person-field mapping and hand off selected leads.

Databases and sheets

Keep leads where you plan the next move.

A shared database or spreadsheet can be the right home for a lean team. Put selected conversations into your chosen workspace so the context stays alongside the work you want to track.

Notion

Keep lead context beside your team’s work.

Bring selected conversations and sales work into a Notion database your team already shares. Choose the database, review its properties and map the details that matter to your process. Keep useful source context and sales information together, so the person planning the next step does not have to search through chat messages or reconstruct a conversation from memory.

Put it to work

Share a database with the connection, review its property mapping and send selected conversation records.

Airtable

Put social leads into the table you already run.

Keep selected conversations and sales stages in your existing Airtable base. Choose an authorized table and map the record fields before activating a workflow. Your team can organize the handoff around its own views and working process, with source context available alongside the lead. Spend less time copying between tools and more time deciding which conversations deserve attention.

Put it to work

Choose a base and table, review the field mapping and keep selected lead records in Airtable.

Google Sheets

Make your team’s spreadsheet useful without the copy-paste.

Send selected conversations and sales stages to the Google spreadsheet your team already uses. Choose the file and tab, then review how source links, conversation details and follow-up information map to its columns. Keep the handoff familiar for colleagues who work in Sheets, with the original conversation connected to the row rather than lost in a separate message.

Put it to work

Select a spreadsheet and tab, confirm the column mapping and send the records your team needs.

Team notifications

Bring the right conversation into the team conversation.

Send selected lead updates to the place your colleagues already check. Choose the channel or workflow that fits the brand, then preview what the team will receive.

Slack

Put relevant conversations where your team will see them.

Bring selected conversations into a Slack channel instead of asking colleagues to check another dashboard. Choose the destination and the events that matter to your team, then review the notification before activating the rule. Give the right people a place to discuss the lead and decide who should act, while keeping the original source close to the discussion.

Put it to work

Choose a channel and send a notification when an event matches your approved workflow.

Discord

Bring useful lead alerts into Discord.

Send selected conversations to the Discord channel your team uses to coordinate work. Connect an incoming webhook, choose the events you want to share and review the notification before activating the workflow. Colleagues can see the relevant conversation where they already talk, rather than relying on someone to copy a link into the channel after every useful discovery.

Put it to work

Connect the channel’s incoming webhook and route selected conversation alerts to your team.

Teams Workflows

Bring social lead alerts into Teams.

Pass selected conversations to a workflow your team has configured in Microsoft Teams. Connect its webhook destination and review which events Revenue Scout will send before activating the rule. Let your team bring those events into its own Teams workflow, so useful lead context reaches the people coordinating the next step without another round of manual link sharing.

Put it to work

Configure your Teams workflow, connect its webhook and approve the events sent to it.

Email

Make your next email a deliberate next step.

Connect Gmail for the exact emails and follow-ups you approve. Keep the recipient, message and timing tied to the action you choose, with the content visible before activation.

Gmail

Follow up from your own inbox.

Turn relevant conversations into considered emails from your connected Gmail account. Review the recipient, subject, message and follow-up timing before queueing a sequence. Revenue Scout checks the address and reads the thread before each due send. Replies and bounces stop remaining follow-ups, keeping your outreach connected to what actually happened rather than a fixed sequence that keeps going.

Put it to work

Choose a lead with a supported email address, approve your message and follow-ups, then queue the sequence.

Custom automation

Build the handoff that fits your business.

Use a signed webhook for your own receiver or a workflow in Make or n8n. Connect selected lead evidence to the next system in your process, with signature verification at the receiving end.

Signed webhook

Connect Make, n8n or your own workflow.

Send selected Revenue Scout events to a receiver you control, including workflows built with Make or n8n. The signature lets your receiver check that a request came from Revenue Scout, while delivery identifiers help it recognize repeated requests. Connect your own process without another manual export, and keep the choice of downstream tools and actions with your team.

Put it to work

Configure a receiver to verify signatures and record delivery IDs, then connect and approve its event workflow.

From conversation to action

Build around a real business job.

The right connection is the one that makes the next step easier. Start with the work your team wants to do, then choose where the selected conversation belongs.

01

For agencies and consultants

From a relevant conversation to a CRM record.

Someone describes a problem your service solves. Open the vetted lead in Revenue Scout, choose the evidence to bring across, and preview the destination record. Send it to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or GoHighLevel so your team can decide the next step inside its usual sales workflow.

02

For software and product teams

Put a useful product discussion in front of the team.

A public discussion reveals a need your product addresses. Select the conversation and share it with a chosen Slack channel, Discord webhook or Teams Workflows destination. Your colleagues can use the context to discuss a response, bring in product expertise and coordinate who handles the conversation.

03

For local businesses and lean teams

Keep a clear record without adding another system.

You find a relevant request for a service you provide. Put the selected conversation into Google Sheets, Airtable or Notion, alongside the stages you use to organize your work. You can return to the context, decide what deserves a response and keep your team working from the same record.

Your workflow. Your call.

Keep the important decisions in your hands.

Connections are scoped to a brand, with a destination you choose. Preview matching records and content before activating an automation. Keep the available evidence mapped to useful fields, and revoke a connection whenever your workflow changes.

A clear role for every kind of reply

Revenue Scout prepares social replies for you to review, edit and post manually. Gmail supports the exact emails and follow-ups you approve. Your team gets a practical handoff while you keep the message and next action under your control.

Explore trust and control

For your own workflow

Bring Make, n8n or your own receiver into the picture.

The Signed webhook connector gives you a route into a custom process. Configure a receiver that verifies the signature, then use the selected lead evidence in the workflow you build. Make and n8n connect through this signed-webhook route, rather than separate native connectors.

It is a useful option when your next step crosses several tools or depends on a process your team already runs. Choose the content and destination in Revenue Scout, preview the handoff, and build the receiving workflow around that clear starting point.

Your questions, answered

Get the details. Then get connected.

Can I use connectors on the Free plan?

Yes. Every Revenue Scout plan includes every product feature, including connectors, and all seven supported discovery platforms. Choose a plan for the credit capacity you need, not to unlock a different feature set. You still need access to the services you connect, and their own plans or charges may apply.

What do the 2,000 free credits include?

Free gives each verified customer 2,000 welcome credits once, with no credit card required. They never expire and do not refill. Use the full product and all seven platforms, with credit-priced work explained at the point of action. Credits pay for search work and other priced actions, not a guaranteed number of leads.

How do I connect a tool and start a workflow?

Open Connections in your Revenue Scout dashboard, choose the tool and connect your account or destination. Review the relevant brand access and any field mapping. Then use Automations to choose the events and actions you want, preview what will happen and activate the reviewed rule. Connecting an account alone does not start a workflow or queue email.

What can I send to a CRM or workspace?

Map the prospect evidence and conversation details supported by the destination. Depending on the tool, that can include available names, business details, source links, excerpts, sales stages and follow-up information. Preview the actual fields and values, choose what belongs in your team’s workflow and activate the handoff when it is ready.

What is the difference between a CRM handoff and a notification?

A CRM handoff creates or updates the supported record in the destination you choose. Workspace connections keep selected records in a database, table or spreadsheet. Notifications bring selected conversations into Slack, Discord or Teams Workflows so your team can discuss and act on them. Choose the action that fits how your team works.

Can Revenue Scout send emails through Gmail?

Yes. Connect your Gmail account and review the exact recipient, subject, message, timing and follow-ups before queueing the sequence. Address checks and thread checks run before due sends, and replies or bounces stop remaining follow-ups. You choose the message and make the separate decision to queue it.

Does Revenue Scout post replies to social media automatically?

No. Revenue Scout prepares social replies for you to review, edit, copy and post from your own account. Connected Gmail outreach is a separate workflow for emails and follow-ups you explicitly approve. A CRM handoff or team notification does not post a social reply.

Can I connect Make or n8n?

Yes. Use a Signed webhook connection with a receiver configured in Make, n8n or your own system. Your receiver verifies the signature and records delivery IDs before acting. Setup guidance and an n8n inbox example are available in Connections. You choose and configure the downstream actions for your workflow.

Can I keep connections scoped to the right brands?

Yes. Connections are linked to the brands you select, and workflows use the relevant account and brand access. Choose the correct CRM account, location, database, spreadsheet or channel for each handoff. Revenue Scout checks current access, connection status and the approved destination again before delivery.

Can I pause a workflow or disconnect an account?

Yes. Manage rules in Automations and connected accounts in Connections. Pausing or disconnecting stops new authorized work through that workflow or connection. It cannot recall a message or record already accepted by another service. Gmail sequences do not restart simply because you reconnect an account.

Do I need an API key to use these connectors?

No Revenue Scout API key is needed for the dashboard connector workflow. Connect the chosen service and review its destination in Connections. Customer API and MCP access are separate options managed in Settings, with their own explicit scopes and brand access, for teams building a custom workflow.

Do I have to connect a tool before I can find leads?

No. Start free, set up your business and use Revenue Scout to discover and work through social media leads. Add connections when you want to move selected records into your existing tools, notify your team or send an approved Gmail sequence. You can keep reading saved leads and replies when your credits run out.
