Questions answered directlyWhat else should you know?
These answers preserve the product boundaries and focus on the decision this page is designed to support.
Is the calculator result a guarantee?+
No. It is an adjustable what-if estimate. Actual time varies by team, platform, search method, conversation complexity, reply quality, and review process.
Why use 30 minutes for a manual platform check?+
It is the published default activity assumption for searching and triaging one platform session. Change the frequency inputs to better match your actual routine.
Why use 15 minutes for a manual reply?+
The model allocates that time to assessing context, writing, editing, and posting a response without a prepared draft. Your own process may be faster or slower.
Why use 3 minutes for a Revenue Scout reply?+
The assisted assumption covers reviewing, editing, opening the source, and manually posting a prepared reply. It does not assume automatic posting.
Why does the calculator use 4.33 weeks per month?+
It converts weekly activity into an average monthly scenario. It is a modeling factor, not a statement about the exact number of work weeks in every calendar month.
Does the estimate include time spent closing a sale?+
No. It covers modeled discovery and reply-preparation activities only. Qualification, calls, proposals, negotiation, fulfillment, and account work are outside the calculation.
Does the calculator estimate how many leads I will get?+
No. It does not forecast opportunity volume, qualified leads, replies, conversions, customers, sales, revenue, or return on investment.
Can I use the result in a business case?+
You can use it as a transparent scenario if you preserve the assumptions and variation warning. Validate the inputs with the team’s actual workflow before relying on it for a decision.
What happens if I select more platforms?+
The modeled manual checking and response work increases with the selected platform count. That does not mean every platform will produce the same activity or value.
How can I validate the estimate after starting?+
Record actual search sessions, review time, prepared-reply editing time, and confirmed manual posting activity. Compare those observations with the calculator assumptions instead of treating the default as proof.
